Hey I'm new to the list I knwo some of you guys from TFBM.

Anyone know a wreakers somewhere in the hamilton toronto area that would have some 4th gen interior parts? I'm looking for a console and doorpanels to start. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

Look in the buy&sell, there is always an ad for 4th gen door panels

Welcome to the board. As for 4thgen consoles, you gotta be kiddin, if there is a console to be had, someone from this board will have scooped it by now. Why?, you might ask, two words...CUP HOLDERS

there was a console at Dom's in Courtice (just east of Oshawa)about 3 weeks ago, I can't remember if it was a auto or standard car. I think it was an 97 rs. Grey interior, well no seats were in the car but the door panels and console were there. If anyone is interested their # is 905-434-4566. Not sure what'll be left by now..

 

I foudn a grey console at a wreakers for 40 bucks don't know if I'm going to get it yet though I kidna wanted black.

 

Black/Grey who cares!! Buy the grey, go purchase some black dye spray paint and start painting. YES, it can be done. All third gen interiorors came with only grey consoles and grey radio/heater control console. Mine are black and look stock. Try it.

As it says in my sig...Black on Black...actually it's a real dark, dark grey. It isn't quite a true black.

 

Funny, I could swear they were a very dark grey colour as kev mentioned. Look again. Not a true black. Hard to tell while in the car. BUt hey I could be wrong. I've never seen one before that was solid black. Anyway, just paint it!
