GP ANYONE????? What does everyone want.....
You talking about Performance Parts Plus??If your shop can get MAC in canada for a price worth buying, go ahead. MAC Canada shut down cause the guy retired, I can guarentee it wont be worth it if he is buying it from MAC midwest.
I'll have prices posted for Spohn SFC's and LCA's Monday or Tuesday.....

If you want tp pay to ship it over the border individually, you can do that...this way it would be one shipping cost to our store. Then you guys can have one person come down from K/W area and pick up your orders.....I see this as the most efficient way.
It will all be ordered at the same time, so shipping will be very little when divided up between everyone. Here we go.......
All Prices are Canadian (obviusly)
Spohn SFC's-Bare-->10 Sets - $299.00
15 Sets - $289.00
20 Sets - $279.00
Spohn SFC's-Coated-->10 Sets - $370.00
15 Sets - $360.00
20 Sets - $355.00
Spohn Adjustable LCA's
Mild Steel-Poly/Poly-->10 Sets - $235.00
15 Sets - $230.00
20 Sets - $225.00
Relocation Brackets-Bare-->10 Sets - $105.00
15 Sets - $100.00
10 Sets - $95.00
Flowtech Cutouts are sold as pairs for $99.95, 3 Inch or $50.00 each.

So for coated subs and LCAs I'd be looking at about $605 - does that include PST and GST or do I have to add another 15% bringing it to about $695 plus whatever for shipping to your store. Then there's my time and fuel down to KW to pick it up - say another $50.
For the same stuff UPS to my door based on a 50 cent dollar plus GST and PST plus brokerage and shipping ($100 estimated) I get approximately $746 Cdn.
Comes out to about the same if there's tax on top your quote or did I miss something.

50 cent dollar???? When is the last time you changed money over????and did you add the 45 US for the coating on the subs?For Coated SFC's, and the LCA's it converts to $618.75, plus tax is $711.56, plus YOUR estimated shipping and brokerage comes to $811.56.
I also said shipping will be very little. Especially compared to your $100.00 estimate.

I'm confused...
The GP for 10 units is $299CAN for the uncoated SFC's, right? Converted to $US using http://www.xe.com/ucc/ yields $189.40US each. Why is the GP $5US higher than the list price on spohn.net?

I usually factor 1.6 for the exchange rate but I used 1.5 because it made it easier to do the math in my head and the entire calculation was intended to be approximation in any event.
Moreover, I did include the $45 for coating and I estimated $100 for shipping and brokerage based on a lower figure which Thunder Racing had charged me a few months ago for shipping etc. on items costing and weighing about the same as subs and LCAs.
However, a conversion factor of 1.65 is not unusual and your calculation of $811.56 for coated subs and LCAs is correct based on Spohn's advertised single unit price for same x 1.65 + 15% tax + $100 being my estimate for shipping etc.
By comparison, the GP rate for the aforesaid items is $370 + $235 + 15% = $695.75. Add to that say another $50 which includes an estimated $20 for your shipping charges and $30 for my cost of picking the stuff up somewhere. Retrieval costs will be different for everyone but I think $30 is not unreasonable for me.
Anyway, if I'm not mistaken the total under the GP is $745.75 being about $65 less than the $811.56 that I came up with.
Is that correct?
