Did you buy yours new or used?? If you don't mind, how much did you pay for yours and did you pick it from Ontario or a board member from here???(Maybe he bought it from Daz.....)

 

Install tip #1........

Make sure you have enough booze around to get good and loaded for the 1st install. It's the only way it's tolerable. Gerrit probably has some hooch hidden under his bed, check there

Actually, it's not to bad. Just have patience. And use the force. Or something.

#2...........

When you order gaskets, get 2 sets. You'll need them eventually and they are hard to get.


#3...........

Don't over tighten the bolts. The casting is weak and the supplied bolts are crap as well. One problem area is where the TB cable bracket bolts on. Those threads are especially weak.


#4..........

Make sure your injectors and FPR are good before the install. You can't get at either without removing the whole works.

ohh yaaa.. My acrh Rival will have some serious power hopefully next year..(*****) it should be interesting .... I was over at Sostar 18's tonight playing around with desktop dyno 2000..Just to get our hope's up.. (I know that program isn't too accurate) but it told us 431horse at 7500 rpm... ... be we got all excited about it anyway... hahaha he should be pulling some good horse though..Since the ***** bought SLP headers aswell... and he already has Trick Flow heads!! Oh am I going to here it next year!!
hahahaha oh well I will catch up someday!! anyone got leads on a TRemec 5speed or a T56? gotta find one...
