Merry Christmas

Hello All,

Merry Christmas !

This year Santa has brought more HP under the tree -- just how much we will have to wait till dyno day to see.

How about you ? Any HP under the tree this year ?

Eat, drink and be merry -- but don't drink and drive.
RP.

There was a lot of HP under the tree this year; particularly in terms of disposable income for a semi-literate Irish immigrant trying to determine how best to drop $20K into a 20 year old car - somehow there's something wrong with that so here's a pictuer Foden's Motor Works Band circa 1942:

Edit: forgot to mention - as of Jan. 1/03 I'm gone so best wishes to you all.

That has to be a Mk V right ? 4 prop extended nose, Brownings + 20mms ? Clipped tail fin -- it must a a late Mk V.

First time I saw a Spit fly was at Abbotsford Int'l AirShow. Same day I saw my first P-51 (D) as well -- 1982 I think. IMO there is nothing like a close up of a Spitfire do a barrel role (at 500 feet no less). Sheer Beauty.

So what is this "I'm gone" noise about ?

I blew a gasket after reading the proposed amendments to the Road Safety Act.

Began to question the wisdom of spending so much money on my car as well as the amount of time that I spend on this board. It all seemed a bit absurd and infuriating considering the possible consequences of the new legislation.

For a while there I was ready to leave the Province. Anyway, reason has since regained its sway and I think I'll order a set of Bilsteins in January.

Happy New Year.
