Rewrapping Leather Steering Wheel

Does anyone know of any place in Ontario that does a good job of rewrapping leather steering wheels, I found a place in Texas but I don't want to send the wheel over the border.

For $16 it must be pretty crappy. Has anyone tried these do-it-yourself covers?

To get you leather rewrapped professionally is not worth the cost. It's roughly $400 to get it done (and that's a minimum) To buy a new one from GM is about $600 with a heavy discount, which is worth it to me rather than recovered. Or do as a lot of people do when they hear the prices...but a Grant wheel or something along those lines.
