87 IROC Rim spacing help

87 IROC Rim spacing help
okay guys I need some help. what are the back spacing for the front and rear of our cars.
next question I'm looking at 2 different sets of rims one is
17" x 9.5" (+56mm offset with 7.4" backspacing)
and the other is
17" x 9.5"+38mm offset (6.7 inch backspacing)
could I get either to fit my car with out serious mods? just spacers?
any help would be greatly appriciated

Axle/Gears: 4:10, 3:42, 2:73 & 3:27
