I got this email...I don't know the guy that died but perhaps one of you do.

Quote:
My name's Anthony Reinhart and I'm a reporter in Kitchener, Ont. at The Record newspaper. I'm currently researching a story about a fatal car accident that happened in Kitchener on April 27. A 20-year-old Kitchener man named Anis Mirzaagha died in the crash. Anis was a member of the J-Body Organization and a frequent contributor to its online forums. He went by the nickname Bachehbad.

He owned two cars: a metallic gold 1998 Sunfire GT, and a dark-purple 1996 Trams Am. He was driving the Trans Am when he lost his life in a spontaneous street race against a Corvette.

I'm trying to find out as much as I can about this man, so if you or anyone who attends your meets remembers him, I would appreciate any information they could provide.

Feel free to respond by e-mail, or by phone to:
Anthony Reinhart

phone: 519-894-2231, ext. 2627

Thanks for your time.

That is why street races sux.

Guys keep it under 100 in town... I resonally dont want to hear about any body eating some ashvalt from this board.

Actually with my old login, when I was really hardcore about visiting this board there was a dude that wraped his Formula around a pole... he survived but the updates on his condition were rather brutal.

Yeah I know all about the accident....the sad part is not only did he die, but the other guy in the Corvette that left the scene, he committed suicide afterwards. Such a friggin waste!

It's a terrible waste yes. That is why it needs to be kept on the track. Cars are much to fast now days compared to 20 years ago. It is very sad to here of such young lives lost, cause they were to lazy or to cool to go to a drag strip to see who was faster! I feel for all the families involved, but the only people at fault are the two people who are dead in this case. But what happens when the innocent are brought into the factor??? Do they get a choice to live or die?? NO!!! GO TO THE TRACK!!!!!!

Sorry I am done my little rant.
