Prom for HSR
To all who run HSR setups what prom are you using and where can I get one, I cannot get my engine to run smooth.
Even starting it cold takes a few cranks without the 9th injector.
My setup is GTA 350 auto without mods to engine.

Re: Prom for HSR
it should be custom
Are you using the stock camshaft? If you are then I think it would be difficult for it to run right or even if it does you will have less power than with the stock TPI..The stock cam's powerband starts to dip at 4500 while the HSR makes its power from 4500..
What other mods to the engine?

Re: Prom for HSR
Engine is a stock reman vin 8 for Camaro / Trans Am.
It might just be a good idea to go back to the old intake, maby modify the stock manifold / plenum and get some runners?
Probably better for my setup, although it still pulls nice with the HSR its still not running %100.
I plan on getting a cam sometime next year, not yet.
Havent broken in the engine yet, might have 12,000K on it so far.
