Spoiler's on and....

Hey everyone... finally got the hatch buffed up today, and the spoiler on there.. it looks sooo much better. But I could'nt get all the marks out of the paint with the buffer.... looks like I may end up getting paint next year. But It massaged it nicely, and it still shines wickedly... You have to look at a certain angle, in direct sunlight, to see the marks I am talking about.

Got the plenum extension sanded and polished and installed, looks great, finally the engine is done. I will post pictures of the engine and the spoiler soon

Oh.. on a side note... I saw a 2002 Trans AM CE last night, in WELLAND!!! Nothing like this lives around here.... I couldn't believe it... sexy car man... Well, now I know where to steal one.. LOL... just kiddin'

Here are the pictures.... sorry they are big...

Wow...someone's been busy this weekend. All I managed to get done was cut the MSD wires and install them...and install the coil. Got the car wet sanded and polished too...but Xtreme did most of that work while I watched.

The spoiler didn't crack, the paint was faded and cracked to ****e. I found out that it wasn't the original spoiler, ehich explains why the paint condition varied from the rest of the car.

The plenum and stuff was all polished by sanding and buffing. working from 180 to 600 grit sand paper. A dual stage heavy duty buffin machine, and some hand polishing.

The coil went on good. I re-used the existing bracket as the one that came with the coil was some universal crap. Took a bit of negoiatation to get the old coil off, but it worked.

Thanx BILL

Yeah, the universal crap they supply was too flimsy for my liking, and there was nowhere on the firewall to mount it on my car (A/C Junk). I think it looks better there anyway.
