Sub frame connectors?
Sub frame connectors?
Just a question, I was wondering about sub frame connectors I had alot of the floor replaced and I think the uni body is not as strong as it was. I think this would to stiffin the car up. Any Pro's or Con's would be appreiciated....Thanks

lots of guys on here have them and have said nothing but good things....they definetly will strenght the unibody. one con is that they have to be welded in with the full weight of the car on the wheels. ie you have find someone with a wheel lift hoist (not a body lift hoist) to weld them in for you. that may or may not be a problem but it makes it very hard to weld them in yourself. i am sure that the other guys that have them will have more tips and advice for you.
Exactly what darbleinad about the welding, which is not that big of a deal since it's only a one time thing. The only other con is if you've had your car lowered, you may have clearance problems. Otherwise the SFC pros far outweight the cons. Very good investment.

GET SUB-FRAME CONNECTORS!!!!!!!
Take it from me(who just had very bad things happen because of no frame connectors...) they are definately needed before any serious power. Especially if you have T-tops.
