THIRDGEN FEST 2011!!
whos going to make it this year? i am going to try to make it for the first time if i can get the car painted and tuned
if its not painted may come anyways but the tune is a must before the 6 hr drive

i want to make it this year. it'll be quite the work out for my GTA haha. but i think she'll be able to make it. just need new tires and to fix my sway bar links and should be good to go. it's a 6 hour drive for me as well, i'm from MN

With the addition of the "Best Project" class, our sponsorship on TGO, and the amount of visitors we get to our site I think there's a good chance we could have around 100 cars this year. I believe we'll definitely have our best turnout ever this year.

As I continue to work on my $10,000 $3500 car. My interior project is well under way as new foam and seat material has been ordered yesterday. Looking forward to custom (comfortable) seats with matching door panels. Car should be finished long before the salt is off the roads. I am going to try for best interior this year! Saw lots of cool chit last year.

I'm thinking about it. If I can manage the $250 for gas. It would be fun to take a road trip, and I've never been off the east coast before. But 600 miles and ten hours... I'll definitely need to convince someone to come with me.

...Registration packets for Thirdgen Fest '11 go on sale April 1st and are available through the day of the event. The early registration price is $35 per car and is available April 1st - May 10th. The cost increases to $45 per car if you register May 10th through the day of the event so it pays to register early. Your registration fee gets you into both days. Remember the fee is PER CAR, it doesn't matter how many people you have in your car. The registration packets also include a map and directions as well as motel/campground information for people coming from out of town...

Like 92RS(real slow) stated, he and I will be coming over from South Bend IN. My dad will be coming with us (not a member here but has a '91 RS) I imagine you'll be coming down interstate 80/90 (indiana toll road) if you come from NY. If you make the trip let one of us know and we'll meet up with you here in south bend and you can go the rest of the way with us. I only live about 3 miles off the toll road.
