TPI Runners
I was going threw the message boards and i read that installing high flow runners on a stock 305 might be too much for it. I think someone said to put in an ignition and some other mods before the runners. Maybe go to bigger fuel injectors? Would appreciate any input.

What Rob said and get a K&N filter, then make sure you have good plugs and plug wires, it's amazing what good plugs and plugwires can do. Try an AFPR, takes time and patience finding out what fuel pressure is best for your car.

Runner will cost $400-$500 and give <=10hp.
Indeed, do"
Engine-40-50hp
exhaust-headers,cat,cat-back
ignition-coil/cap/rotor,wires,cut-back plugs
cooling-160deg stat & fan sw
intake-cut airbox,K&N,gutted MAD,ported plenum & upper runners.
parasitic-underdrive crank pulley (low charging at idle though)
Chassis-better hook up at launch
SFCs-SSMs work very well
pan hard rods.
Past these, do heads, cam and a performance tranny.
