SLP runners, what are they really worth?

my buddy has a car with a cold air intake, air foil, and a cat back. i was wondering what the gain from a set of slp runners and a ported upper box woudl be? it is a 5-spd car if that makes any difference.

Engine: 389 CID TPI

Transmission: TCI 700R4

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt 3.23

They're worth about $200 that's what I paid for mine. Other than that on a stock car probably a 305, put the money in headers.

So it's a 3-5 car then. No it doesn't need runners until he's into the car a lot further really.
