Over this summer I want to get a new cam and some headers. It's an 86 305 TPI. I'm also going to get the heads polished and gasket matched (I'm assuming they're stock heads at this point). For the exhaust, someone removed the cat and welded in a pipe. Also got a flowmaster. I got the K&N in there and my dumb a$$ removed the screens from my maf a few years ago, it might be swapped to the wells maf soon. It's an automatic with a 2.7 posi. I do ALOT of driving (2000+ miles a month I'd say), so gas mileage is one of my major concerns. So what does everyone recommend?

That's what I always heard. I checked out their web site and they had several listed. Which size or part number if someone has it handy would be able to be used with the stock y-pipe?

 

If you have a 305 you'll need the 1 3/4"
If you have a 350 you'll need the 1 5/6"

You can get them with or without air injectors. Besides all SLP headers come with a 2 1/2 Y-Pipe.

 

Ahh, is that why they listed headers with price tags up to 600 bucks
