Doug Flynn...what kind of low/midrange power does the Stealth Ram make???
I was talking to a guy from AFR trying to get a head/cam recommendation. He didn't know of the Stealth Ram at all. He said that it's really important to know when the intake wakes up. I saw the post on the other site with those dyno numbers, but it doesn't show anything below 3400 RPM. So I was wondering if you knew what the power was like below that point. Thanks in advance.

Considering how much it gives up to TPI at 3,500, I'd say it's going to give up a LOT at rpms below that... but (there's always a but), that was on a bone stock L98. A stock L98 is such a horrible miss-match for a stealth ram, that I wouldn't expect any low end power. The right heads (such as AFRs), cam and headers should allow it to get that midrange power back.
Well, I found this on the Holley website.

This looks darn close to the Stealth Ram, if it isn't the same casting. It says operating range 2800-7000 RPM. Should I go off of this for when I talk to the AFR guy again? Thanks.
