Fuel Line Routing ? Please help
Fuel Line Routing ? Please help
This should be really easy to answer. When I hooked up the miniram I used different fuel lines and didnt think twice about hook-up. I had to take manifold off, and now I am questioning the way I labeled fuel lines. I have the supply line going to passenger side fuel rail of miniram, and the return off of the adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Shouldnt it be the other way around? I would think that supply would go to AFPR, so that you could adjust fp actually entering rail.
I may have had it wrong all these months, but I would really appreciate some suggestions on this matter.
Thanks again,
Joe

It sounds right.
The fuel pressure regulator regulates by blocking the return path. By blocking the return, rail pressure rises. Conversely, rail pressure is reduced by dumping more fuel into the return line. Kinda the opposite of how air pressure regulators work.
