Ok I polished my plenum and runners last week...today I got it all put back together and I started it..and it sounds like there is a leak or a weird air sound coming from engine...It also surged up to like 3000 rpm w/o touchin the gas think i mixed some vacuum lines? broken sensor or what? plz help

 

You've got a serious vacuum leak...

The brake booster line is kinda easy to miss because of its location on the plenum. Also the pcv vacuum hides pretty well too, check those area's.

Booster = back passengerside of plenum
PCV = between 3/5 runner on base
