TPIS Airfoil.....does anyone have any info on these? Do they work? Are they worth getting? What kind of results or problems has anyone had? any info would help! THanks

 

I have one. Its one of those things that supposed to straighten out the airflow thereby increasing CFM thru the throttle body. Can I feel a difference? Nope. But thats not saying that it didn't help out with other mods. Maximizing air in and air out of an engine will always increase power. This is just one small way of adding "air in".

 

If your car is completely stock I would not bother with it.

 

I have done it, you cant notice a difference, but with other intake mods, it will help, but not worth the 60$, look on ebay

when we had our dyno day, we put one on a car. had to increase fuel pressure 3 psi. leaned the mixture .4 on the wideband o2. didn't see any hp gain because of it. but with the increase of air flow, the increase of fuel pressure netted about 2hp. so it does increase airflow.
