Are there any differences in OEM tpi bases through the years?? Are they the same from 85-92?

85-86, 87-92 f-body are almost the same but, the center holes to the head are on a differant angle. the vette intake uses a plumed in tube for the egr. the same should apply for the bolt holes

Keep in mind that the Corvette base is different from the f-body base as well.

The center holes on the Vette manifolds are the same as the rest. F-bodies 1987 & up are at different angle. As stated the Vette has an external EGR pipe.
