will it pass emissions or is it too big? I would like to put one in my engine I am building but I wanna pass the E-Test in a year..

I passed NJ emission inspections twice, once at idle and the following year on the new treadmill test. Engine specs are on the link in my sig.

Don't have my test data handy but it was within +/- 10 on the HC test and better on CO and the others of my wife's Honda.

This was after a lot of software tuning to get the BLMs darn close to 128. If you slap it in and try to run stock software you'll likely have trouble passing, and you won't make as much power. Efficiency == power == clean combustion.
