Who here has built a 350 or 383 TPI with the cast iron Vortech heads and a Scoggin Dickey TPI base? What do you think about this combination, and do you have any track times? What were your other mods, cam choice, etc. Please post up as I am thinking about a similar buildup on my 89 GTA. Thanks.......

 

I'm in the process of swapping my L98 for a Crate 350 with tpi base. I don't know how it will run yet but it will be ready in about a week. I hope the ECM doesn't mess things up. I would also like some in sight on this subject. Man, its a long road even just to drop in a long block. Hope its worth it.

 

i have an 86 iroc with a 350 vortec heads scoggin dickey intake lt4 cam slp runners slp headers.very well worth the money lots of power i do not have track times
