SR or TPI?

I want more power in my 88 vette. I live in Poland so there is no economical to import SuperRam to Poland. It will cost more than two times as much as in USA. Next story is that I have not money to afford even used one.
So I thinking about make SR it with my friends. They have everything to do that project in stainless steel.
They can make bigger runners for ported TPI plenum too.
For money reasons I must stay with stock cam and ECM program too.
I can port manifold as much I can
So there is two possible projects:

1. Super ram + ported stock manifold
2. Stock ported plenum + bigger runners + ported stock manifold

I MUST stay now with stock cam and stock ECM program

So with project give me more power?

Jerry

Till now I have some mods as a lot people there: open custom made exhaust, open MAF, open lid, k&n filter, ported plenum, disconnected EGR and AIR, AFPR, B&M shift improver kit, frisbee removed

So, what you are trying to do is go as fast as possible while spending as little money as possible? I don't know of anyone else around here trying to do that, but you could try:

... and if you want to make power, you have to buy a cam
