rolller rockers

I have an 88 IROC 350 tpi with world products s/r heads. I have the stock rockers and was wondering if installing 1.6 roller rockers and lt4 springs would net any gains. I have the stock profile cam. Also, the heads have guideplates, would I need to change the pushrods? Also, what do I need to do to to put the springs on. Thanks for any help.

you will gain very little from the increase in lift, maybe noticable, but most likeley not from what I have heard, what you will feel though is the increase in power due to the reduction of friction at the fulcrum on the rocker... you will also gain a few hundred RPMs on yer redline..... this is all what I have heard, maybe some one else can verify it.
