increasing plenum volume for 383 needed?

I was wondering if I could increase the crispness of throttle by increasing the plenum volume. I have a 383 and kept the stock tpi plenum, sure I gutted it a little but I was thinking of going one step furthur. A company called airaid makes throttlebody spacers, which will give me that extra volume. They also have include trubulator technology to improve fuel air mixture down stream. I don't beleive in the latter. However they mention nothing about the increase in plenum volume. What do you guys think? Worth $122,-?

I dont think that change would be significant enough to make an improvement.
