Trottle shaft inside TrottleBody
How Do I remove it ? My dad will port my TB for me .
Do I have to cut one end ? or grind it ???
Afterward do I have to drill a hole in the shaft and a screw so it will hold together ?

You have to take out the throttle plates by grinding off the screws on the back, unthread those, and then take off the tang and bent over area on the TPS side of the shaft. Once you do that, you should be able to pull the shaft out. Cleaning off any burrs before you pull it out of the TB might be a good idea.

I did a writeup on boring out a throttle body to 52MM. I never sent it to Dirk for posting..
