Help!!, Service Light, And No Radiator Fans

help, i took my alternator out to polish and never did so i put it back and accidently touched the wire that runs from the battery and it sparked while it wasnt connected to the alternator, and now that everything is back in place the service engine soon light is on and the radiator fans wont kick on, when i turn the key forward but not in the ignition position, i havent turned the car on yet though. when i took the alternator out i didnt touch anything to do with the radiator. please help me i want my baby to work again so i can go drivin again.

Flash your codes, there's a tech article off the main page that will describe how to do it if you dont know. Pull the battery cable and let it sit for a few to clear them, see if your light goes away.
