I need help with this painless wiring harness!!!!

I thought I finished it all and everything would work. Well I have the fuel pump wired with the 18 circuit so it comes on when I turn key. Well I tried to start it and I seem to not be getting spark. I pulled one of my plugs and it doesnt smell like fuel at all either. I had John do my chip and he removed the vats so I dunno anymore. I have all new sensors and relays and all that. Accel coil seems to be hooked up right. When I turn key (not start) the check engine light is on(which is should be until its running) Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Put on a heavy glove. Put a screwdriver in the plug wire and hold it close to a bare spot on the block ... does it throw a spark?

There is the pink wire for the computer which sounds like you got hooked up right. Then there is another wire(I think red), that needs to be hooked up to the large terminal on the starter.

That help at all?

I ended up getting it running. I forgot to hook up the pigtail with the tach and coil power. I figured it was just for the tach so I didnt need it hooked up at that time, but i was wrong.
