NEED HELP! Serious flat spot why?

Okay I just installed a set of Edelbrock Heads and a TPIS cam in my 87 T/A. Got a custom chip burned and the car ran good, but not to full potential because it still needed to be tuned. I noticed a the car was kinda dead low end but once i hit 2500rpms it pulled hard. I ended up replacing my TPS sensor because i was getting a code 22 stating it may be bad or misadjusted. Got the new one checked the voltage with a scanner, and it read .56 with the key on the on position. What happens if I hold the car in gear and i hit 3000 rpms it just hits a total flat spot almost sputters basically. If i mash the throttle it attempts to smooth out but it doesnt pull hard, it kinda sputters through the rpms. I dont know what it could be honestly. Timing, fuel pressure which is set at 43 psi with vacuum disconnected, or is it related to the TPIS sensor it seems to lack going WOT. Please help, i'm not a great tuner but i could get by.

Just a guess, but maybe u need more fuel up top

edit - i suppose it might be possible you're getting TOO much fuel up top too as well. Is anything coming out of the exhaust when this happens?

I was wondering though, whats normal for stock fuel pressure on a 350? Plus i have tons of bolt-ons too. Its driving me nuts too, first thing in the morning its fine but once the car warms up to operating temp it begins to do it. Anyone else please

Stock fuel pressure is 46psi. If it only happens when the car goes into closed loop you may have a faulty o2 sensor that's messing up readings, but that would tend to make operation rough at all rpms.

The O2 sensor should be fine, it was just replaced a few months ago. Plus i have a a/f ratio gauge hooked up. I'm still stumped though, my fuel pressure is only at 43 and thats with heads, cam, throttle body, slp runners, edelbrock base, and more. Going out on a limb but should i try more fuel for starters. Its either gotta be fuel, a bad chip which was custom burnt from super chip. If anyones got anymore suggestions, they are very welcome, thank you

I am running 24lb Ford injectors, and the fuel pump is upped as well, not sure how much but definitely much better than stock. I kicked the fuel pressure up a bit last night, and it didnt hesitate as bad and when i stepped on it, the rpms pulled again like normal. But today it began to run the similarly the same. Well any last suggestions, i am getting it dyno tuned on Wed so i guess the a/f test they do will tell what the story could be.
