ecm question please help!!!!
I was curious if anyone knew if you could use the v6mpfi ecm in exchange with a 305tpi ecm. Also would it matter if you had automatic or manual? By the way both cars are 1988. Thanks Aaron

If you have both cars there you can check the ECM numbers. It takes max of 5 minutes to remove the ECM from behind the passenger dash. Just take the 3 screws off from the panel above the passenger's feet, 2 screws that hold the ECM bracket in and carefully remove the connectors as not to break the clips, and just compare numbers to make sure.
