YES!!! Mid 12's!!!
Well, I didn't make it to the track today and about 11pm, I got the itch to go hammer on the IROC. I had never heated up my drag radials before when G-Teching the car. So I do a little 3-5 second burnout and get them heated up this time. I floor it off the line and they break loose but find traction a lot easier than before. I was rewarded with a 12.80 @ 114.2 MPH!!! I IMMEDIATELY stop, do another little 5 second burnout, reset the G-Tech and run again, 12.64 @ 114.2!!!!! I'm hyped! I'm running consistent 114 MPH on the G-Tech, which should be around 109 at the track. My et's are varying depending on the amount of traction I'm getting. I still haven't touched the chip, although I know from the Moates software that it's running rich and the timing needs some help.

When i run at the track and use the Gtech, the Gtech always tells me i'm .1 to .15 slower than the track says....so u might be faster. So taking that into account, and the fact that you'll get better traction at the track, you may be a good bit quicker than 12.6

Hey buckeyeROC out of all those mods u got, which would u say gave u the most performance. Cause soon i'm gonna be doing upgrades, and i wanna know how some of the mods work. And or if they make as much HP gains as they say they do.

But if I was to choose a few good parts that I think helped my car get faster:
1) AFR 190 heads. It's no secret that these are probably the best heads on the market for a street driven SBC. Not the cheapest mod, but definitely works well. I had a friend run 14.0 on a slightly modded L98 (stock LTR intake with a small SLP cam), he ran 13.4 just going from stock heads to AFR 190's.
2) I'm going to group these 2 together, since your cam and intake MUST be well matched. LPE 219 cam and SR. These work very well together. It's been proven MANY times over at corvetteforum.com. BIG gains over stock LTR's and cam, but you must have good flowing heads. Any well matched intake and cam combo will provide big gains over stock. If I still had the LTR TPI setup, I'd get the LPE 211/219 cam. For an LT1 intake, I'd get a Comp Cams 306 cam. I don't know how this would be on a daily driver, but it makes A LOT of HP!
3) Gears. If you have 2.77 or so gears as I did stock, get some 3.42 gears. These are a good performance gear that work well with a stock TPI or an engine putting out a lot of TQ. If you are building a higher revving or higher HP engine, get gears that match your engine.
4) Exhaust and intake track. Even a stock engine will benefit from more air entering and leaving. And you must have a good exhaust to make powe down the road. Although I don't think I'd get the Edelbrock TES if I had to do it all over again.
