Car: 1989 Firebird
Engine: 5.7 Vortec HSR
Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: 9-bolt 3.45
P/N for 87 MAF Eng. Harness
Lookin for the P/N for an 87 MAF engine harness for the L98 of course, was gonna go painless but been reading up and it doesnt seem to painless, e-bay....dont trust em. so im gonna visit my local GM rapist....errr i mean dealer and get a good ole genuine GM harness.

whats the best alternative then to rewire?

Long been discontinued... like you couldnt get one 8 years ago either.
Best bet? Probably TPIS or Howell or someone like that. There is another company too that I forget the name of, besides Painful. Other than that, it would need to be a used harness.

You can't get a 3rd gen harness for ANY year from a dealer. They are all discontinued.
