Diagnostic code 14 help

Anyone know about a code 14? It says coolant sensor voltage low - does anyone know all the conditions required to set this code?

CTS circuit resistance below 10 Ohms for more than 15 seconds.

ERR # 14 Params
; >> Cool sensor Hi <<
;-----------------------------------------------
FCB 227 ; If cool 130c, (266f) < then Enable #14 ;

A shorted CTS or grounded CTS circuit will set the DTC 14.

Code 14

Cheers for that Vader. It was actually for my mate's Holden Commodore - turns out that it was coming up because the sensor was seeing hot steam above the 130degC mark because the rest of his cooling system was cactus. We sorted out his thermostat and radiator cap and now it's all sweet. The sensor and all the wiring back to the ECM checked out OK.
