New Car, Where Should I Start?

I've had my car for a little while now, and was wondering what free mods I can do. I've got about $300 right now, and was thinking $200 for a Hooker cat-back, and the other $100 for just little things. Its a 1991 LB9/5-Speed T/A. Also, where should I go after free mods and exhaust?

Yes that is unfortunate in the overall grand scheme of things... but in relation to the hooker catback, and most cat backs for that matter, it is a good thing.

Many of the popular catback exhaust systems for these cars are only made to fit a single cat car... hooker being one of them.
