Super Ram Questions.
Is it a taller set-up then the LTR setup?
Can the valve covers be taken off easly with the SR installed?
Should I port it out before installing it?

I don't know if its taller or not.
The Valve covers were a pain in the butt for me, always rubbed and left marks, my chrome ones or my stock ones, didn't matter.
Porting doesn't hurt
but I haven't heard of too many people maxing it out.

Centerbolt valve covers are no problem, some aftermarket perimeter styles may be.
Port match, yes, but unless you need more than 250 cfm of port flow, porting is not necessary.

As far as porting...
People like to port it out when they buy it. Myself on the other hand, am looking for a SR that is NOT ported. I will barely even need a SR on a ZZ4 at all, let alone a ported one.
So basically, I would say, that it all depends on the motor. IF you have a close to stock motor setup, do not port it becuase the SR is borderline unnecsseary already. If you area pushing OVER 400 ponies, then maybe you should look into porting it.
Other factors to consider are things like the fact that if you port it, it will yield more of an upper HP gain and more of a low end TQ loss.
From graphs I've seen on here, the superram seems to produce a fairly flat TQ curve as it is.... for myself, I want a stock/unported superram.
Just some stuff for you to think about.
