Stealthram dyno numbers, anyone got em?

I will be putting on a Stealth Ram on my 85 Vette and wondered if anyone had Dyno #'s of the car before and after or even just after?

Also I know the Stealth Plenum will not fit, I am making a custom plenum to be shorter and still fit under a C4 hood.

hmmm......306 rwhp and 335 rwtq with the hotcam, stealth ram and GM heads. That's within 10 hp and tq of my dyno on my '99 C5 stock LS1 with all the bolt ons (311 rwhp / 348 rwtq with Yank 3500 converter, no cat and stock exh. manifolds)

Interesting. Here's a reference / comparison. A guy I run with at the track dynoed his '95 ta with LT4 heads and intake and the hotcam, LT hookers and no cat.

It pulled 362 rwhp / 348 rwtq.

So that proves what the cubic inch / intake / cam combo should be capable of. Maybe the Edelbrock headers and the GM heads are the reason for that. I doubt the Stealth Ram is holding it back, and every other part looks great.

Yup, 306hp with oil soaking #7 spark plug...we'll see what it does when it's just burning gas.

The Stealth intake was not sealing the lifter gallery very well at all, Holley sent me a replacement which I'll be installing next month. I'm also swapping on a set of AFR 190 heads, so power output should be a tad more respectable. The GMPP heads were definitely not doing me any favors, having not ported the wimpy 163cc intake runners it was hurting for air.

LD85 - What are you going to use for a distributor? The 85 Vette came with the large cap HEI didn't it? According to Holley, that distributor will not work with the Stealth Ram.

A remote HEI remote coil and small diameter distributor.
