Need advice, sick Firebird

What would cause all 8 injectors to stop pulsing and remain in the open position?

This happened a week ago, like someone turned off a switch. I was driving home from work all was fine, then the car stalled, I started it back up and it ran like sh*t, coughing and skipping the rest of the way home.

Last night I started the car and put my finger on each injector,
normally I can feel them click, but not this time. I really doubt that all 8 injectors failed at the same time.

Would a bad ignition module cause this, or should I be looking
somewhere else.

Thanks.

John

Pull the connector for each injector and turn the ignition on, put a test light across the pins of each connector and see if it lights up, if it does then something is shorted somewhere.

It is highly improbable that all 8 injectors failed in the open position, their power off mode is closed, so even if they wern't pulsing the car shouldn't run at all.

Problem solved, it was a blown fuse.
