High to mid 13's

What else do i need to do to get high to mid 13's without going internally into the motor? And how much will my headers drop my 14.45 time to? I also need to know when i install my headers do i need to buy aftermarket plug wires or will the stock ones work? Thanks alot.

If you're anti 'power adder' then I'd work heavily on your 60 foot with a stall, suspension, and tires. Also it seems you have a muffler and headers but what about the rest of the exhaust?

Engine: Stock L98 with bolt ons.
Transmission: Stock rebuilt tranny with 2k stall and cooler.
Your 13 sec slip lies in your 60ft times. Add a quality converter, cooler, drag radials and some suspension pieces and see where that gets you. As for headers I bucked up for SLP 1 3/4s and netted ZERO actually lost a bit but I know not everyone has these results, just me when $ is tight lol. Mid to high 13s with an L98 should be fairly easy to achieve in good weather with a properly tuned car and at sea level. I got a few friends working on just that with L98 F cars with a few bolt ons going 14.1s on street tires yet to add any suspension stuff or stall, pretty much where I was before I added the mods as stated above...

3 Gen Z if you didn't gain with the SLP headers your car is probably running lean. Try to up fuel pressure etc.

He's running 49 psi, if that isn't enough he needs to prom burn to correct it.

A custom chip is a way to maximize any engine but ....

No one is ever done hopping there cars up so it can get expensive to keep upgrading chips unless you can do it yourself.

I actually gained a mph or 2 changing from Edelbrock to SLP.
