89 350 L98 TF Heads, 218/224 496/503 112 LSA 1.6 rockers , Edelbrock Base and Superram intake. 52mm TB I'm getting 12-13 lbs at idle 11 in drive and 14-16 while driving. Sound right? Havent checked for vac leaks yet so I am just wondering

Yea I'd like that Thanks. I was getting about 14 with the ASM Runners, but just switch the the SR 2 days ago and just started it up tongiht. I'm thinking I may have to redu the idle and let the computer relearn itself first before I get a true number

i was thing of using this cam or the one a step below the 264r and was just wondering if you both of you use a stock chip still?
I'm planning on eventually getting the equipment, but for now there are other things i'd like to do first, headers, afpr, sbfc's.
What i want to know if this cam would still work with a stock chip, ported heads and lightly ported intake.
Edit: oh and i forgot to mention according to comp cams website you should be running 15 hg vac.

Yes I am still running the stock chip in my car. The cam really has a nice sounding idle to it. I ported my stock heaads and portmatched my intake when I put the cam in.
I am going to switch it out for a bigger cam this winter when I switch to LT-1 intake. So my cam is going to be for sale if you are interested.

I would be interested in the cam if I could get it in about a week as i'm going through my engine right now, and it just seems to make sense that it would be easier to install with the engine out then in... thats why I'm interested in putting the cam in now and not in 4 monthes when i'm done with the exhaust and the other cheap mods.
But i would be more than happy to take the edelbrock base and super ram off your hands in a few monthes... Also I'm just kinda curious what both of you have your idle set at.
