Edelbrock Vs. Afr

Hey guys. I'm starting to look for new heads. My car is an 87 GTA with the 5.7L TPI. I would like a pretty sraight forward swap without much modification. I'm gathering info on the Edelbrock performers and AFR's. From Jegs I saw the Edelbrocks for around $1000 for the pair. Does anyone know which AFR's are comparable? They have so many different options in their catalog, I'm not sure which ones I would need. Would I be able to use the stock rollers from the L98 heads, or isn't that a good idea? I already have Edelbrock TES headers that I want to reuse, so that is a consideration. I also have SLP runners, ported intake/plenum, and chip, so I don't know if that makes any difference. And while I'm at it, what do you think about a cam, and what has worked with the combo(s) I'm considering? I know this is a long question, but I want to do it right, and I think you guys here give the best advice:hail: Any help would be very helpful and appreciated.

U get what you pay for and I can tell you from experience, AFR's are the way to go! Flow numbers alone tell the story! Edlebrocks are a good product, but for only a few bills more, you get a way WAY better performing product!
