Why would you want to replace a 305 with a 305? 350 is the only way to go. It will work with the 19 lbs injectors and 305 eprom. Change out the knock sensor.. cant remeber what else.

 

HUH? wow, i just saw this... im not replacing my 305 with another one... im deff. gettin a 355-383 some time in the near or far future... im gunna need bigger injectors then 19 for what im looking at... im going to go with a lt1/hsr intake, and might drop in some 26lbs injectors...the only thing i might do with teh 305, is rebuild it, (dont wana hear it) put a bigger cam in(Lt1/4), Vette heads, 1.6 rr, along with my exhaust... and then throw on a super charger... im looking at all the set ups on the power adder board... willie mostly... but... all of them are giving me ideas... i dont remember sayin teh 305 thing... maybe i was drunk one night, and i tried to answer someones question... oops... aight well i hope this clears it up for u... aight... peace

Poor man was told you could not change out a 305 with a 350. 350 would not fit. what some poeple wont do ot sell a motor
