Fuel pressure setting
When measuring the FP you disconnect the vacuum line right?
How do you know when its adjusted correctly? Like say 45-47 or 47-49lbs. Is there some way to tell, BLM'S or something using a scanner? How do you know for example 47lbs is better than 45lbs or 42 or 52? Thanks for your help.

You only want to set the fuel pressure to what gives you the best WOT performance, like on a dyno as DannyT said or at the dragstrip.
For cruising around, a fuel pressure change will result in a change in the BLM, after 15 to 20 minutes the BLM value will stabilize.
If we could count on our inaccurate O2 sensors, I would find the fuel pressure that gave me 880 to 890mV from the O2 sensor when at WOT.
