MSD Bkaster Coil

Right so I got my ole' 88 Roc 350 TPI. A freely aquired an MSD Blaster coil and threw it in. It being of a higher step up voltage, should I regap my plugs? Get a bigger spark? Is the coil good for anything? I also got a 6AL for free, but that looked a little bit more time consuming than 5min, so I left that to the side

Install the 6AL! Free? You just saved like 120 bucks =9

Since you got a coil for free, and a box for free, you should buy some 8mm spiro-type wires and slap on an msd cap&rotor and youd have yourself a great ignition for a street car.

Plus - all MSD stuff (pretty cool - im into consistency)

I highly recommend you get the low resistance MSD HEI bushing.

It costs $11.50 and will allow more of your newly found voltage to pass through. The stock bushing is a high resistance unit and causes large amounts of heat to build up under the coil which will kill it earlier than it should. Cheap insurance.
