does anyone have the part number for the formed hose that runs to the throttle body from the charcoal canister?

 

Yours is formed? Mine's rubber vacuum line.

 

You mean the vacuum line? Its 1/8" hard plastic vacuum tubing. It comes in 6ft rolls at most parts stores. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to straighten it then heat and bend it to match the original line. When you heat it it'll become flexible, hold it how you want it and let it cool, when its cooled it'll retain the correct shape.
