MPFI fuel system pressure ?

whats running system pressure of MPFI system ? V-6 if it matters..

45 or 50psi maybe ?

and why does the outlet of the fuel pump simply use a rubber hose and palstic clamps for ?? how does that manage to stay put ??

found out what i need ot kow in chiltons, lists running and not running psi for tbi and tpi, 7-10 psi running for MPFI and 9-13 psi running for TBI systems

Actually, the Multi-ports are about 35 PSI. Don't rely to heavily on the chilton's. They are second rate manuals.
