Someone wants to sell me a LUNATI cam/lifter set....opinions please..

Guy wants to sell me a brand new Lunati cam....PN 00016LK..it's the Bracketmaster 2. I'm not considering buying it cause Lunati sells it for only $10 more than he's wanting me to pay, and i dont need it right now...but i just wanna know what you guys think for future reference.

Specs

Adv. Duration: 248°/284°
Gross Lift: .458''/.458''
RPM Range: 1500-5200

I wanna know how this cam would work w/ a Vortec heads/intake setup w/ saimesed runners, ported plenum, etc., and about a 2400 stall and 3.73. thanks guys..

From the specs it looks like a non roller cam. You would need a hydraulic roller cam. Plus for $10.... is it really worth taking a risk ?... I woudln't.

I've heard really bad things about Lunati cams, i've heard they lose lobes.

I said in my original post that i wasn't considering getting it cause Lunati only charges $10 than what he wants. I know i need a hydraulic roller....the guy said he was planning on putting it in an LT1, so i assumed it was. What in the specs lets you know that its not a hydraulic? Thanks
