does anybody know

I just got a throttle body its plastic and has a mono blade. the only thing it has on it is MRP. looks like it is going to be hard to tune for. It also has the upper its made of plastic too. I've never even heard of such a thing so any info you can give would help.

THANKS.

I've heard of but not seen the mono-blade TBs. I'm not sure who offers them, but I doubt that tuning would be much different, except for fuel flow at WOT.

MRP made alot of plastic pieces I believe for TPI Units. Went out of business awhile back though. The mono-blade I believe flows 1300 CFM and is WAY bigger than almost anything you'll ever need. I didn't see your engine, but if it's anywhere near stock or not a big displacement engine, I would think that the mono-blade is going to hurt you more than anything else.
