Heated O2 sensors

Anyone realize a difference in idle or at start up compared to the regular O2 sensor? I may have to go that route

I had to put a heated O2 in my 89 GMC k1500 w/TPI 350 because of my headers and free flow exhaust w/ no cat. At idle the stock O2 would cool down too much. It runs better than it ever has, especially at idle.
