SK Speed and my mechanic told me that my engine had too many miles to do a cam swap and ported heads. I have 140,000 miles. Is this true? Thanks.

 

I think you're engine will be ok if it's in a good state of tune. Theres just no getting around the tiredness though, you know? I would rebuild the bottom end before I built up the top. Then there's no question. Don't throw money into heads and a cam for that much mileage. Look into a rebuild. Just my way of looking at it.
