Tax return money

Alright i just got $900 back from taxes and i was looking for some ideas as where to spend it.
I have an 88 GTA
3" Dynomax exhaust
MSD 6A ignition
Custom air intake
Airfoil
Slicks
Comp XE276HR cam , not installed though

I was kind of looking at getting a set of AFR heads or the HSR and SLP Headers

Let me know your thoughts on this

What rear gear are you running?

Headers are always nice. A PITA to install, but you get real good gains.

It's got 3.27 gears in it right now, but will be switching to 3.70's here in the near future.

3.70's? I take it your going to a Ford 9"?

Well, take that money factor and throw it out. What about suspention mods? What is the point of making alot of power, if your car cannot hook up. Spohn SFC's are pretty good. A panhard rod and LCA's will help out alot. To me, thats where I would head if I were you.

Headers are usually pretty good from some gains. I would definatly do the headers before installing heads.

I would start with the headers, install the cam,and the gear.Maybe do some porting on the tpi while you have it off.

3:70's are for the 9 bolt.

Axle/Gears: Yup -- they still work
Buy a Jacobs Ultra Team. Good for about 12-15hp and 18-25lbs torque. They are about $500-600. One of the best mods I've ever done.

good luck,
RP.
