HP doesn't seem right
I have an 88 T/A with a 305 TPI automatic.. I think they come stock with 190hp/290torque, something like that.. I have SLP runners, Edelbrock headers, 2 3/4 inch pipe, high flow cat, flowmaster muffler, exaust dump after cat, Ram air intake, airfoil, TB coolant bypass, performance resource cal-pac(CHIP).. With a G-tech meter im only pushing like 205hp, with the cap off, doesn't seem right, and run 15.1 to 15.4 1/4's with the ocational 14.7 or 14.8.. My car also has 160,000 miles on it.. I think im going to get the engine and transmission rebuild soon with some add ons, (new heads cam MSD etc..) Any ideas on if the HP is right for these mods or not? Thanks....

Looks about right, none of the mods are "big" power adders in and of themselves, except maybe the headers and you choked them with 2 3/4" pipe, use 3".
The SLP runners won't do a whole lot for a stock engine, it can only use so much air at a time.

Your Mods are not big Horsepower upgrades. Also the G-Tech is not that accurate, have your car Dyno'd for reliable numbers.
My GUESS is about 200 HP @ the Flywheel if that.
Remenber Horsepower numbers are Not made by adding up your new parts to the stock numbers.

HP not right
I realize that they are not big add ons.. 200hp maybe? It's definitly over that.. completly increased air flow and exaust.. And actually 2 3/4 inch piepe is the way to go unless you are running over 500 HP, or have a huge motor with alot of displacment.. Either way it's still better than when I bought it, it was running 16.5 at best, I think 14.7 and 14.8 is a big step there.. Thanks for the advice everyone
